You don’t have to work so hard at this. You don’t have to do so much. You don’t have to endeavor to be natural, normal, and good. It happens by itself when you least expect it. If you are confused about what you should be doing, try this. Stop what you are doing. Take care of what is in front of you, when it is in front of you, and the confusion will pass. This is called the effort of no effort. No effort is what powers the universe.

With time, your roots grow deep and your branches long. You lean a little less backward in fear and a little less forward in doubt, resting solidly right where you are. When the wind blows, you bend. When it stops, you straighten. Your boughs provide shelter and shade. Your strength supports the sky. Sitting quietly, doing nothing, spring comes and the grass grows by itself.

I believe stories are valuable, no matter how many people read them.
I believe following your passion is more important that watching your wallet.
I believe in the handmade, the first try, the small start, and the good effort.
I believe that small is beautiful.
I believe that you shouldn't be eager to find out a secret. It could change your life forever.
I believe that two people can look at the exact same thing and see something totally different.
I believe that your life can be changed, in a matter of hours, by people who don't even know you.
I believe that even when you think you have no more to give, when a friend cries out to you, you will find the strength to help.
I believe that the people you care about most in life are taken from you too soon.

If you want what visible reality
can give, you’re an employee.
If you want the unseen world,
you’re not living your truth.
Both wishes are foolish,
but you’ll be forgiven for forgetting
that what you really want is
love’s confusing joy.

I believe you are worthy of love and deserving of kindness.

I believe no matter how thin you slice it there are always two sides.

I believe you are capable and more powerful than you know.

I believe you can find a way through.

I believe there is no shame in saying enough is enough.

I believe you have done your very best.

I believe it’s your turn to be loved.

I believe your talents are rich and wide and will not be wasted.

I believe that everything you need will come to you at the exact right moment.

I believe you can be brave.

I believe you can be bold.

I believe every kindness you have extended will return to you a hundredfold.

I believe this dark, dry season will give way to a magnificent spring.

I believe you can ask for what you need.

I believe you can say no.I believe all will be well with your soul.

I believe this is not the end of your story.

I believe the doors will open.I believe the best is yet to come.

I believe in the beauty and power of your gracious, loving heart.

I believe in you.

“Money often costs too much.” –Ralph Waldo Emerson

Last Tuesday, I found myself in the unusual position of being at the very top and very bottom of Maslow’s Happy Hierarchy of Needs at exactly the same time.
It always seems to happen this way.I take some kind of risk to put myself out there in some way, to state some very true thing I feel in my heart and offer it up to the world. Then I come home and feel totally and completely depleted, wiped out, with no words left and sometimes a little less ummph to carry me to the next part of my journey.

The greatest irony of love;
loving the right person at the wrong time,
having the wrong person when the time is right
and finding out you love someone right after
that person walks out of your life...

and sometimes, you think you're already over a person,
but when you see them smile at you,
you'll suddenly realize that you're just pretending
to be over them just to ease the pain of knowing that
they will never be yours again...

for some, they think that letting go is one way
of expressing how much they love that person...
in my opinion, some are afraid to see the one they love
being held by someone else...

most relationships tend to fail not because
the absence of love. love is always present.
it's just that one was being loved too much and the
other was being loved too little...

as we all know that the heart is the center of the body
but it beats on the left. maybe that's the reason
why the heart is not always right...

most often we fall in love with the person we think we love
but to only discover that for them
we are just for passing time. while the one who truly
loves us remains either a friend or a stranger...

so here's a piece of advice;
let go when you're hurting too much.
give up when love isn't enough.
and move on when things are not like before...

For sure there is someone out there
who will love you even more...

Lifes path is fraught with obstacles and tests. Sometimes, these tests knock us off our feet. Obstacles frequently leave us flat on our faces. When we lose our spiritual balance, it's important to stand up again rather than to sink into doubt and depression. The negative intelligent force that dwells in this world utilizes a twofold plan of attack:

  1. make us fall and
  2. keep us down through feelings of guilt and disappointment over our fall.

The paradox is getting back up again generally generates greater spiritual Light in the world than if we had never fallen in the first place.

Therefore, the fact that we fell is not what's important.

The act of rising up again is where true greatness is found.

So now ........... find the emotional strength to stand after we stumble, to rise after we fall, and to endure when the path seems unendurable.

Poets surely have a deep
sense of giving, a need
to feed, a need to
satisfy thirst, a need
to fill our lamps with oil
and place in a window
to direct strangers
through the dark

Humanity is a storm,
and we sigh through the tempest
knowing it will pass,
and while they seek earthly
things, we seek to
purify our souls by the fire
of the torch and sear
inhumanity from
our hearts

A life of riches and substance
lacks the sustenance of
suffering; love and
lack, to poets, enliven us
through all the pain, and
make us clanless, tribeless,
universally related

Humanity is weak, and divided
amongst itself but our world is
too small in the universe to
have kingdoms and empires,
and poets rail against that
all their lives, joining
hands to build temples
of the soul

They can do to us what they
will, but cannot touch
our truth nor kill our
spirits because our souls
believe in the power
of knowledge over
ignorance and know that
tomorrow will never leave
a secret in the book
of eternity and what we say
today will be said
and felt tomorrow
by hearts and minds untold

The Intentional Union for Conservation of Nature and Natural Resources (IUCN) recently declared Papua New Guinea to be the most biologically diverse region on the planet. It also remains the most unexplored region with over 850 different societies and tribes with many new tribes only being discovered in the last 20-30 years. Trekforce PNG is a the original spirit of adventure and discovery.
Unrivalled culturally, geographically or ecologically, Papua New Guinea remains one of the most unexplored places on Earth. With the majority of the population sparsely distributed around the coast and lowlands, the remote interior offers numerous unclimbed mountain peaks, along with vast swathes of untouched rainforest. Recent scientific expeditions to some unknown regions have revealed a wealth of ecological treasures and a range of previously unrecorded species.
Jungle Training – Week oneHaving been met by Trekforce staff, you will undertake one week jungle and cultural training. You may even pick up some of the local dialect too – Pigin! During this week you will learn the skills to not only survive in the jungle but to also enjoy your time there. Many of the trails in which we will operate were first explored during the Second World War and have since overgrown. One of the most infamous being the Black Cat Trail, scene of some intense jungle fighting during this period. Lonely Planet describing it as “suitable only for masochists and Israeli Paratroopers.”
The training Trekforce provides ensures that whatever your experience you will have the skills to complete this expedition. At times you may be tested, but succeeding against what you previously felt was not possible is just one for the benefits you will return with.
Expedition and Trek – Week two to eightBased in the Morobe Province and directed by local NGO’s Trekforce works to provide and maintain sustainable communities. Projects can vary depending on local requirements.
These projects operate in remote regions where the hospitality from those we assist ensures that you know your assistance is the future for these communities.
TeachingA key element of our programmes is to provide the basic tools in both construction and education for these indigenous communities. On the teaching element of your programme you will live with local families usually, in pairs but overseen by Trekforce staff. Due to the simplistic nature of the schools we will help you develop teaching programmes which you will tailor-make and provide for the children at the community’s request. No prior experience is needed as help is urgently required.

It could be the religion or the teacher that differs..
the teaching remains the same..

the path each takes, might be different..
the destination remains the same..

in every 'personification' of God..
the supreme Being, remains the same..

whatever discrimination we put.. religious.. cultural.. national..
Humans and earthlings, remain the same..

sadly we battle issues with varying hues of skin
be it rupee, pound or dollar.. the color of money remains the same

if God resides within and there are no boundaries in the sky..
whatever shade you give to 'injustice', 'wars', 'riots'.. their meaning remains the same..

if a hindu soul takes birth in a muslim family or christian in jew
whoever we mourn, whoever we kill.. the loss remains the same..
